This coffee is defined by an easy, low-acid simplicity that makes it approachable at any roast level, whether you're drinking it black or with milk. At light roasts, it opens with almond and a touch of citrus. Moving into medium, praline and brown sugar bring a fuller, more comforting sweetness. Into medium-dark, roasted walnut and dark chocolate add richness and depth. By dark, baker's chocolate and molasses round things out. Across every level, the coffee stays clean and easy-drinking, never losing that simple, everyday character.
